Timely topic to be discussed at the 2nd Philippine Property Show in Abu Dhabi
The practical side of living in a high-rise condominium building in Metro Manila will be discussed at the 2ndPhilippine Property Show in Abu Dhabi on Friday and Saturday at the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce.
Given the recent flooding that affected thousands of families in Metro Manila, high-rise condominium living in master-planned communities has now become a necessity for many Filipinos. Many newly developed residential condominiums in Metro Manila and Cebu are built on higher elevations and are fully equipped with multiple power generators, fire control system and water pumping system.
In response to the current situation in Metro Manila, the show organizer is setting up a Filipino Community Desk at the venue where cash donations may be remitted by concerned individuals directly to the authorized government and non-government organizations in the Philippines thru UAE Exchange, an active member of the Philippine Business Council of Abu Dhabi.
A Housing Loan Assistance Desk will also be set up which will be serviced by representatives of Pag-ibig Fund, Metrobank, Banco de Oro, Land Bank of the Philippines and Development Bank of Philippines, which will accommodate inquiries from Filipinos.
Furthermore, visitors to the show will get a chance to be updated on investment opportunities in the Philippines. Other seminars will present the Philippines as a new medical tourism and retirement destination for foreigners in conjunction with the launching of The Medical City’s partnership with a UAE-based health insurance company and the establishment of a patient referral center in Abu Dhabi.
Admission is free to the public. Show timing on both days is from 10 am to 8 pm. First class developers represented during the show are Megaworld, SM Development, Ayala Land, DMCI Homes and AboitizLand.
